Large Meeting RoomResolve to increase your creativity and productivity through meditation. Learn the benefits of meditation, how to get started, correct breathing techniques and a guided experiential session.
Meditation shifts activity in the prefrontal cortex of the brain, reorienting the body from stressful “fight or flight” mode. It increases brain-wave activity which enhances intuition. If you have Mala Beads, kindly bring them to the class. Mala Beads will be offered to anyone who has not yet received them.
Learn the process and techniques as guided by Genevieve Ford from the Royal School of Yoga.
Register online or by calling the Library at 973 584-2400. This and all programs are made possible by the Friends of Roxbury Library.
